Millennial Assets and Properties Ltd Completes 12-Unit Classroom Block at Otano Presby School

Millennial Assets and Properties Ltd has successfully completed the construction of a 12-unit classroom block at Otano Presby School in Adgringanor, within the Adentan Municipality, providing additional educational infrastructure for pupils and teachers.

The newly completed facility comprises 12 classrooms, a head teacher’s office and a library, adding much-needed learning and administrative spaces to the school.

The project was awarded to Millennial Assets and Properties Ltd by the Adentan Municipal Assembly (ADMA) through a competitive tendering process. Construction commenced on 6 January 2026 and was completed on 7 July 2026.

The completion of the project represents an important addition to the educational infrastructure at Otano Presby School and is expected to provide a more conducive environment for teaching and learning.

Millennial Assets and Properties Ltd extends its sincere appreciation to the Adentan Municipal Assembly (ADMA), the Member of Parliament for the Adentan Constituency, Members of the Adentan Municipal Assembly, and all other stakeholders whose support and cooperation contributed to the successful delivery of the project.
