The rollout of the Ghana Tourism Marketplace platform has been highlighted as a major step in improving access to tourism services in Ghana.
Oswald Okaitei, Member of the National Democratic Congress Culture, Arts and Tourism Manifesto and Communication Committee, described the platform as a one stop shop tourism space designed to simplify how visitors engage with the tourism sector.
The platform, available at Ghana Tourism Marketplace, is intended to assist tourists in purchasing tickets and accessing a wide range of tourism services in one digital location.
This development is expected to improve convenience for visitors while supporting the broader goal of digitizing and modernizing Ghana’s tourism industry.
