The concept of the Black Star Experience has been positioned as a transformative national agenda aimed at redefining leadership and strengthening Ghana’s creative and tourism sectors.
According to Oswald Okaitei, Member of the National Democratic Congress Culture, Arts and Tourism Manifesto and Communication Committee, the initiative is centered on resetting leadership while creating a strong connection between culture, art and tourism.
He explained that the vision is to build a more integrated national experience where creative expression and tourism development work hand in hand to promote Ghana’s global identity.
The Black Star Experience is therefore framed as both a cultural and economic strategy aimed at positioning Ghana as a leading destination for culture driven tourism.
