Amenfi Central MP Rolls Out Major Development Projects from 2025 to 2026

The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has unveiled an ambitious list of infrastructure projects slated for implementation between 2025 and 2026. The initiatives aim to enhance healthcare, education, security, and local economic activity across the constituency.

According to the MP, the projects form part of a comprehensive development agenda designed to accelerate community growth and address longstanding infrastructural deficits, particularly in rural communities. The interventions cut across health facilities, school buildings, police stations, and markets, benefiting towns such as Ankwaso, Juabo, Sraha Ayiem, Wuratrem, Ankasie, Agona Amenfi, Bonsie, Takyikrom, Kramokrom, Achichire, Manso Amenfi, Adidaase, Hiawa, and Bantoma.
She also assured constituents that all projects initiated in 2025 but left uncompleted will be fully delivered in the upcoming year.

Continuation of the Ankwaso CHPS Compound, Ankwaso

Construction of a new DA Primary School block, Ankasie

Fresh construction of the Ankasie CHPS Compound

Establishment of a 24-hour Economy Market, Agona Amenfi

Construction of Agona Camp DA KG block

Construction of Bonsie Islamic JHS

Construction of a 6-unit Primary School block, Kramokrom

Construction of a Police Station at Achichire (MP’s Fund)

Construction of a Maternity Block with Theatre, Manso Amenfi

Construction of the Hiawa CHPS Compound

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe emphasized that the outlined projects will significantly improve access to quality education and healthcare, enhance security, and stimulate local economic activities. Community leaders have welcomed the announcement, expressing confidence that these developments will positively transform livelihoods and drive sustained progress across Amenfi Central.
