Accra Hearts of Oak secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday evening to climb to the summit of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League table.
The Phobians, buoyed by an energetic home crowd, grabbed the decisive goal in the 17th minute when Enock Asubonteng fired past the goalkeeper with a composed finish. Despite enjoying dominance in possession for much of the game, Hearts struggled to translate their control into clear scoring opportunities, managing just three shots on target.
The visitors, Eleven Wonders, grew into the contest and caused problems for the Hearts defence but were unable to find the equaliser. The defeat leaves them still without a win after three league matches this season.

The result gives Hearts seven points from three games, one clear of their closest rivals, and continues their unbeaten start to the campaign. They now turn their focus to a tricky away fixture against Bechem United, while Eleven Wonders will hope to spark their season into life when they host Young Apostles next weekend.
