National Service Authority Pays November and December 2025 Allowances, January Payment in Process

The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the successful payment of allowances for November and December 2025 to National Service Personnel (NSP) across the country.

In a statement issued to personnel and the general public, the Authority confirmed that all eligible service personnel have received their allowances and are encouraged to verify their respective GhanaPay accounts for confirmation of payment.

The NSA expressed appreciation to service personnel for their patience and cooperation throughout the processing period, acknowledging concerns that had arisen over the delay.

The Authority further assured personnel that the January 2026 allowance is currently being processed and will be paid once the necessary administrative procedures are completed.

Management reiterated its commitment to ensuring timely and efficient disbursement of allowances, noting that it continues to collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to enhance service delivery and streamline payment processes.

The National Service Authority also commended National Service Personnel for their dedication and contribution to national development, describing their role as critical to supporting institutions across sectors including education, health, local governance and public administration.

The latest payment update is expected to bring relief to thousands of service personnel nationwide who depend on the monthly allowance to support their living and work-related expenses.
