Paramount Chief of Wenchi Calls for Peace and Unity Among Ghanaians

The Paramount Chief of the Wenchi Traditional Area in the Bono Region, His Royal Highness Osagyefo Ampem Anye Amoampong Tabrako III, has called on Ghanaians to uphold peace and unity as essential foundations for national development and progress.

In a Christmas message copied to the media, the Paramount Chief urged citizens to work together to ensure peaceful coexistence within their communities, noting that harmony remains critical to Ghana’s future growth.

“May this sacred season bring peace to our land, unity among our people, and hope to every home,” he said.

Osagyefo Ampem Anye Amoampong Tabrako III encouraged Ghanaians to embrace love, mutual respect, and collective responsibility in addressing community challenges and securing a better future for the next generation.

He stressed that peace and unity should not only be seasonal ideals but daily commitments that guide interactions among citizens across the country.

“Let love guide our actions, kindness shape our words, and gratitude fill our hearts,” the Paramount Chief stated.

He further expressed hope that the Christmas season would renew the strength of Ghanaians and inspire a shared commitment to building a nation founded on harmony and prosperity.

The message comes at a time when traditional leaders continue to play a key role in promoting social cohesion and national unity across Ghana.
